As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training support to prepare you for opening.
– Join us for 2 weeks in Plainview, NY at our flagship beer garden and event space.
– We cover all areas of daily operations, preparing food and beverages, developing a following and managing your team.
– Start with advertising and local marketing, then move on to recipes and back of house procedures, POS and technology
apps for booking events, and then, financial management so you can keep on track with your goals and growth.
– We will review plans for soft and Grand Openings in a final assessment making sure you are confident with next steps.
– Before your opening, we provide onsite support in your Social Play Haus beer garden and event space.
