All prices subject to State Sales Tax (8.625%) and Event Planning & Administration fee (20%).

Event Planning & Administration fee encompasses all time and labor expenses leading up to and including the event, including designing, planning, procuring supplies, crafting decorations, and assembling balloon garlands. It also covers the event breakdown process, including striking and removing balloons.
