PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY

Temporary adjustment, effective 3/16: In the event of cancellations due to illness (client cancellation) we will work with clients to reschedule their party for a later date. If an alternative date cannot be scheduled, clients forfeit their deposit, but will not be charged for remaining contracted services. 

Any cancellation/rescheduling request must be done 5 days before event date.  Any cancellations/rescheduling request made 4 days or below will incur a 20% postponement fee or cost associated to any orders, services, party items and/or food related items related to the event whichever is greater.
